In preparation for the football game against the Scottish national youth team to be played on 10th October at the City Stadium in Koprivnica, the young Croatian national players were guests of Koprivnica and the Podravina region.

As part of their official visit to Koprivnica, on Monday 2nd October, the members of the Parliamentary Committee for Labour, Social Welfare, Health Service, and Finance stopped off in Belupo.

Traditionally, and once again this year, Podravka has received an award for the high quality of its total performance at the Zagreb International Autumn Fair.

President of the Managing Board of Podravka and the former president of this association in Croatia, Darko Marinac, gave a presentation at the Zagreb International Fair entitled "Challenge of a regional business partnership for sustainability".

On the first day of the 76th International Zagreb Autumn Fair, on Monday 11th September, after the opening ceremony of the largest of all Croatian exhibitions, the President of the Republic of Croatia, Stjepan Mesić, made a tour of the pavilions and spent some time at Podravka's exhibition site, where he also made a statement on his impressions.

At the General Assembly of Podravka, to be held on Friday, 14th July, the shareholders or their proxies will discuss last year's business results and some changes in the leading bodies of the Committee and in the Supervisory Board of Podravka.

The Association of Croatian War Veterans, Widdows and Disabled in Podravka has decided to deposit 1 million kunas in the Podravka Bank which will facilitate granting loans of 3 million kunas for about 70 veterans employed in Podravka.

The Management Board of the Association of Small Shareholders met in order to decide on the voting method to be used at the General Assembly of Podravka's Shareholders, scheduled for 14th July.
