Reward System

By joining the Podravka Online Panel and actively participating in Podravka surveys, each member acquires the right to have their number of participations recorded under their membership, which can be used to claim rewards.

A member becomes eligible for an individual reward once the panel has recorded completion of their first 5 (five) surveys, and then every subsequent 5 (five) surveys. Surveys are considered correctly completed if they are finished in full by the deadline specified in the participation invitation received by the respondent via email. There’s no limit to the number of participations. Each panel member can join as many individual Podravka surveys they have received an invitation for via email.

Every time a panel member completes the requirement of five participations in Podravka surveys (the first five, and every subsequent five participations), they become eligible for a reward, and they will be notified via the email address used for panel registration. When notified of the earned reward, the member must confirm their delivery address details for the delivery process to begin. The earned reward will be delivered to the member’s home address as soon as possible, and no later than 6 weeks from when the member confirms their delivery details. If the member does not confirm the delivery address within 6 weeks of the reward notification, the Podravka Online Panel is not obliged to deliver the reward after the specified period, and the accumulated points will be considered redeemed.

Each individual reward consists of Podravka gift products with a minimum retail value of €10. The Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to change the reward contents according to the availability of the Podravka product range at the time of awarding.
