Participation in Podravka Surveys / Confidentiality
1. Joining the panel does not obligate you to participate in Podravka surveys. You can decide independently whether to take part in any specific survey you’re invited to by email. You’re free to stop an online questionnaire at any time, even after starting it.
2. Panel members agree not to save or share any information obtained from surveys (except for data automatically cached in a browser), nor to forward any information to third parties.
3. The Podravka Online Panel reserves the right, in the event of a breach of these obligations, to immediately exclude the member from the panel or block them for a certain period. In doing so, the member loses their right to the number of completed surveys accumulated up to that point.
4. Any technical difficulties regarding access to Podravka surveys can be reported by the member via email to market.research@podravka.hr and/or Podravka’s official consumer inquiries address proizvodi@podravka.hr, provided that the member has verified their internet connection and other technical characteristics of their device and confirmed they cannot access the questionnaire.
Selection of participants for individual Podravka surveys by the Podravka Online Panel
The Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to select each member who will be invited to participate in a specific Podravka survey. If a larger number of members meet the necessary selection criteria for the survey, random selection will follow.
An invitation to participate in a Podravka survey authorizes each individual member personally, and transfer of personal access to the survey to third parties is not permitted, except in cases where the Podravka Online Panel explicitly requests participation from a household member.
