What are Podravka surveys?
Podravka surveys are internal consumer research conducted by Podravka’s Market Research Department. Through these surveys, Podravka collects data to improve its products and services. Participation in Podravka research studies is a voluntary decision for each panel member who has received an invitation via email for a specific study.
What is the Podravka Online Panel?
The Podravka Online Panel is a database of consumers who have joined the community of research participants and consented to receiving invitations for future studies via email. Each Podravka Online Panel member receives invitations via email to participate in research studies when they meet the (demographic) criteria. By participating in a survey, each member can share their opinion and contribute to developing product better suited to consumer needs. At the same time, one participation point is awarded for each fully completed questionnaire, and after accumulating five points, the member becomes eligible for a reward. Panel membership is completely free, and all member data and responses are treated strictly confidentially in accordance with Podravka’s rules and policies on privacy protection and personal data protection.
External collaborators of the Podravka Online Panel – Alchemer INC
Alchemer INC is a market research agency that provides the platform service for Podravka research studies to create and send questionnaires to Podravka Online Panel members. Alchemer INC is therefore an external partner of the Podravka providing technical support for maintaining the Podravka Online Panel and conducting Podravka research studies.
Is my Podravka Online Panel membership free?
Your membership in the Podravka Online Panel is always completely free.
What benefits do I have as a panel member?
You earn 1 point for each fully completed survey. Members become eligible for a reward after five points, and then every subsequent five points. There is no obligation to participate in surveys for which you receive an invitation via email.
How do I get a reward?
Every time a panel member accumulates five points in Podravka surveys, they become eligible for a reward. The number of participations is not limited, and each panel member can participate in an unlimited number of individual Podravka research studies. For more details on claiming rewards, see the Reward System section.
I won a reward but haven’t received it yet
Please check the date you confirmed your delivery address after being notified via email that you had become eligible for a reward. Podravka will deliver the earned reward to every member as soon as possible, and no later than 6 weeks from when you have confirmed your delivery address. If more than 6 weeks have passed since you confirmed your delivery address, contact us at proizvodi@podravka.hr or market.research@podravka.hr with specific details in your inquiry.
How can I unsubscribe from the Podravka Online Panel?
If you no longer wish to receive invitations to participate in Podravka research studies or be a member, please click the unsubscribe/terminate membership link included in all emails you received related to Podravka research studies. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive emails from the Podravka Online Panel.
The questionnaire link isn’t working
Firstly, please check your internet connection. If clicking the link doesn’t open the questionnaire, right-click it, copy the URL, and paste it into your web browser. Try a different browser if needed. Note: Each panel member can participate in a specific study only once; the link expires after completion.
The questions in the questionnaire are repeated or do not make sense
Market research questionnaires and surveys are often specific documents in which some questions are sometimes asked several times in different ways in order to further support the final findings and enable additional data analyses. As a respondent, you are required to answer all questions honestly and you do not need to concern yourself with their meaning and content.
