General Information

These Privacy Rules (hereinafter: the Rules) describe what personal data we collect about you, how we process it, the purpose of use, and your rights related to your data.

Podravka d.d., Koprivnica, Ante Starčevića 32, Croatia, OIB 18928523252 (hereinafter: “Podravka“) processes the personal data of their service users in accordance with applicable regulations governing personal data protection in Croatia (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679).

We respect your privacy and process personal data fairly and lawfully, exclusively based on valid legal grounds or your consents for processing.

Method and Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Through surveys, we collect information about your satisfaction with our products and other useful data to tailor them to your needs and to improve our public relations. The results of conducted surveys are exclusively aggregate and anonymous. To participate in surveys under Podravka research, you register by completing the invitation questionnaire, after which you become a member of the Podravka Online Panel. You can access the questionnaire anytime via the following link HERE.

We process the personal contact information collected in this way exclusively for the purpose of awarding and delivering rewards. For awarding rewards based on participation in Podravka surveys, we need your name, surname, email, contact phone, and delivery address for the reward. We retain the collected data in the database for as long as you are an active member of the Podravka Online Panel.

Contacting Us

If you contact us with your inquiries, we process the data you provide exclusively to deliver the requested information. Once we’ve responded, we delete the provided data. Personal data necessary for resolving your inquiry is retained for 24 months from the date of receipt in accordance with consumer rights regulations. All inquiries related to Podravka Online Panel membership can be sent to market.research@podravka.hr.

Recipients of Personal Data

Podravka will forward your personal data to other recipients exclusively on the basis of legal obligations or justified requests from authorized government authorities (e.g., courts).
As needed, personal data will also be forwarded to trusted partners (data processors) for purposes such as customer support, IT system maintenance, market research, or similar needs, subject to mandatory confidentiality and data protection measures.

Personal Data Protection

We process collected personal data while mandatorily implementing appropriate legal, technical, and organizational security measures to prevent any unauthorized data processing. Access to your personal data is limited to only those employees for whom this information is necessary to provide our services. We continuously educate our employees on the importance of data confidentiality, privacy, and protection of your data. We collect only the data necessary for the specific processing and do not retain it longer than required or stipulated by law.

Your Rights

At any time, you can request information about how we process your personal data and exercise the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to correct or update your personal data to ensure they are always accurate
• Right to erase your personal data (unless there are justified reasons for retention)
• Right to constrict processing of your data, e.g., if you challenge the accuracy of your data while we verify it
• Withdrawal of consent for data processing

Requests, complaints, or inquiries regarding the processing and protection of personal data can be sent to dpo@podravka.hr.

In accordance with applicable legal regulations on personal data protection, every request/inquiry will be resolved as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days from receipt. When contacting us and submitting the aforementioned requests, we will make reasonable efforts to verify your identity and prevent unauthorized processing of any personal data.
