Membership Terms of the Podravka Online Panel

ou become a member of the Podravka Online Panel (hereinafter referred to as “the panel”) by completing a one-time registration via the following link

1. Each member can register for the panel with their personal information only once, and by doing so becomes a participant in Podravka’s surveys.
2. Completing the registration questionnaire for the Podravka Online Panel counts as the first participation in Podravka’s research studies, and each member will, after submitting their registration via the registration link, receive a confirmation email of their panel membership.
3. Panel members are occasionally invited to participate in Podravka research via email, and their membership in the panel records each respondent’s number of completed questionnaires/participations in Podravka’s research and the number of rewards earned.
4. Each panel member/respondent becomes eligible for a reward after completing five research participations, and again after every subsequent 5 participations, provided that the questionnaires were validly completed in full.
5. The number of participations in the panel is not limited, and each panel member may take part in an unlimited number of individual Podravka research studies when invited to participate and if they meet the research criteria (demographics). Each panel member/respondent may participate in a specific research study only once.
6. Once a panel member/respondent becomes eligible for a reward, they will be notified via the email address used for registration in the panel.
7. Panel membership does not oblige participation, and each member/respondent independently decides whether they wish to accept an invitation to participate in a Podravka research study.

Membership Data

A panel member is allowed to request changes to their previously entered personal information at any given time, as well as request the information details about the number of their participations and rewards earned up to that point, by sending an inquiry to the following email address: market.research@podravka.hr. If a panel member no longer wishes to receive invitations to research studies, they may unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email invitation to participate in a study, or request unsubscribe via email (market.research@podravka.hr) or by contacting the Consumer Hotline via email proizvodi@podravka.hr.

For the Podravka Online Panel to continue contacting and inviting the member to participate in research studies, the member undertakes to update the information entered through the registration questionnaire, primarily the email address used for registration in the Panel. Data can be updated by sending an inquiry to istrazivanje.trzista@podravka.hr.

Obligations of Podravka Online Panel Members

To be able to participate in Podravka research studies, a panel member undertakes to:

• Confirm consent to participate in research studies by confirming membership in the Podravka Online Panel, which also grants consent to receive invitation emails for participation in Podravka research studies.
• Grant permission for the storage and processing of personal data and consent that Podravka d.d. uses personal data for tailored communication, information, and surveying.
• Confirm by panel membership that you are an individual aged 16 or over and that you do not use the panel service for business purposes.
• Not provide inaccurate personal information that will be used for the purpose of panel membership, research invitations, and reward delivery.
• Not transfer the membership obtained through complete registration in the panel to third parties, except for cases where the panel requests participation from the household members of the panel member.

Each member undertakes to handle all data conscientiously. The member must not deliberately falsify their responses and research results.Registration in the panel is possible only once. If a member provides inaccurate personal information during registration or registers multiple times using different email addresses or social media profiles, the Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to terminate cooperation with immediate effect and/or the right to exclude the member from participating in certain research studies and/or the right to exclude the results of the relevant member from the current Podravka research study. In such cases, the Podravka Online Panel reserves the right to cancel the member’s accumulated participations in Podravka research studies and to deny the right to any reward that has not yet been delivered.

Responsibilities of the Podravka Online Panel

1. The Podravka Online Panel is maintained with the technical support of the agency Alchemer INC, an external partner of Podravka. Podravka research studies are technically implemented and executed via the Alchemer platform and software.
2. The Podravka Online Panel is not liable for technical disruptions that are not within its scope of responsibility, for damage in cases of force majeure or other unforeseeable events, or for damage caused by third parties.
3. The panel has the right to suspend services for a certain period for internal reasons; for example, for maintenance purposes, without the member having the right to claim damages from the Podravka Online Panel.
4. The Podravka Online Panel is not responsible for links to third-party websites that do not lead to Podravka’s official website or Alchemer’s official website, nor for the content of those websites.
5. Any liability for potential damage caused to a member using such third-party websites lies solely with the owner of the respective website. The Podravka Online Panel will remove links to undesirable websites containing illegal content as soon as possible once it becomes aware of them.

Prohibition of reproducing Podravka Online Panel content

The questionnaires and their content, published on the Podravka Online Panel and sent to members, are legally protected. It is not permitted to store, reproduce, process, modify, forward to third parties, or in any other way make them available or accessible to the public, even if this concerns only parts or excerpts of the survey.

Termination of membership in the Podravka Online Panel and legal consequences

1. Membership in the Podravka Online Panel is free of charge and of indefinite duration. A member may cancel their membership at any time without stating specific reasons by clicking on the unsubscribe/termination link included in every email sent to members.
2. The cancellation of membership becomes effective as soon as it is received by the Podravka Online Panel. After that, the panel unsubscribes the member, and they will no longer receive invitations to participate in Podravka surveys.
3. After the cancellation has been processed, the member can no longer use or claim their accumulated number of participations in Podravka surveys.
4. In the event of justified suspicion of non-compliance with the rules, the Podravka Online Panel may terminate a member’s panel membership and participation in future surveys without stating reasons; for example, in the case of reasonable suspicion that the member has violated the membership terms or in other justified circumstances, with immediate effect and notified in writing via email. In such cases, member’s responses to current survey will no longer be considered. The panel also has the right to immediately delete the number of accumulated participations that the member has collected up to that point and that have not yet been paid out.

Changes to the terms of service

Members will be timely notified of any changes in terms of service via email. If individual provisions of these terms of service are unclear, contradict other provisions, or are generally invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the terms of service. In such cases, the provisions that best correspond to the original intent of the respective clauses shall apply.
