Information We Collect About You
When you decide to participate in a specific Podravka survey, we only collect the information you provide when completing the questionnaire. We will first seek your explicit consent before collecting any other additional information from you. You are free to change your mind at any time and withdraw consent for data collection in a specific study by simply not completing the survey.
In some surveys, we may ask you to share potentially sensitive personal data, such as information revealing your religious beliefs or ethnic origin, or data related to your health status. Responding to such questions is not mandatory, and every such question will always include the option “I prefer not to answer.” Responses to these questions are analyzed in aggregate across the entire sample of respondents for the purpose of collective analysis of research results and will never be viewed on an individual level or used to identify you.

Research results are presented exclusively in the form of anonymous statistical data, making it impossible to identify you. We guarantee that no data you provide during surveys will be used for marketing purposes or sold or forwarded to third parties.
The data you provide may only be used for awarding participation rewards when the conditions are met.
We may share your data with our subcontractors or affiliated companies that perform certain tasks for us, such as delivering rewards to your home address or managing data hosting and providing Podravka with technical support for maintaining the Podravka Online Panel and conducting Podravka research studies (Alchemer INC). Podravka requires these subcontractors to adhere to the same data privacy rules and security practices as Podravka itself, and appropriate security measures will also apply to them.
