New text of the Collective Agreement contains articles about trial evaluation of all workers of the Podravka Group in the year 2007 when the stated model would be tested.

Belupo agreed a long term cooperation with this partner for the Republic of Albania in the area of registration and distribution of selected Belupo's medications from the group of dermatic medicines and medicines for the nervous system.

The FIMA Group d.d. acquired and holds a total of 576,880 shares of Podravka d.d. which represents 10.64% of the equity of PODRAVKA d.d.

Thanks to very significant organic growth, total sales of Podravka will reach the planned growth in 2006 in comparison with 2005.

After the merger has been completed, the new limited liability company will conduct business under the company name Podravka - Polska Sp. z o.o.
