When combined, these two great sources of phytonutrients are very rich in elements good for your health, such as oleic acid and vitamin E. 

An excellent side dish and a fantastic snack, but also great in sauces for pasta or in tasty spreads. A favourite decoration on sandwiches and on other small cold bites! 

Olives are a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids and vitamins. As much as 75% fat is oleic acid, reducing the cholesterol level.

Preparation / Ingredients

Usage: in culinary art olives are used for preparation of various appetizer spreads, but also sauces for fish and poultry. They can be added to practically all the salads, and they are increasingly being added to pasta sauces.
