Cream of broccoli soup

This mild and perfectly creamy soup is also recommended for vegetarians. One package is suficient for even 4 plates of soup. Quick tip: if you add cooked broccoli, cauliflower and vegetable cream, it can be transformed into a delicious main course or vegetable stew!

empty the contents of the package into 800 mL of lukewarm water and stir with a whisk until the soup boils. Simmer for 8 minutes stirring constantly. Near the end of cooking add 200 mL of milk, stir and let the soup boil.
