On 2 May 2007, Central Depositary Agency system marked a change on the treasury account of PODRAVKA d.d. with the purchase of 1422 of own shares.

On 27 April 2007 the system of the Central Depositary Agency marked a change on the treasury account of Podravka d.d. with the purchase of 7473 of own shares, and on 30 April another 1929 of own shares was transferred to the treasury account.

Annual financial reports and the report on Company status for business year 2006 will be published in Poslovni dnevnik on 2 April 2007.

On 24 April, in the Hotel Opera, Podravka d.d. and Nestlé World Trade Corporation officially signed a contract on sales, distribution and logistics. The contract was signed by Jacques EPARS, Director of Operations for Central and Eastern Europe, Nestlé S.A., and Darko MARINAC, President of Podravka d.d. Management Board.

Nevenka Cerovsky, member of the Management Board and Chief Director of Finance, and Tomislav Rukavina, Executive Director of Property Management, will present Podravka, as the most famous food producer in the Republic of Croatia and one of the most significant suppliers of food products in Central and Eastern Europe, to potential American investors on a four-day "road show" in Columbus, Chicago, Boston and New York.

Podravka has decided to proceed with the acquisition of Ital-Ice, a high-quality producer of ice cream and cakes, and distributor of frozen food. By acquiring Ital-Ice, Podravka is strengthening its market position through a wider and higher-quality supply.
