At its 30th session, held on 14 September 2007, the Supervisory Board of Podravka reached the decision on approving the Podravka d.d. Management Board to set up a limited liability company (hereinafter: Company).

The Company will do business under the company Podravsko ugostiteljstvo d.o.o. headquartered in Koprivnica, Ante Starčevića 32.
Equity of the Company is determined to be HRK 20,000.00 (twenty thousand kunas).
