Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby notify that the Management Board and Supervisory Board of Podravka Inc. held their sessions in written form on 23rd April 2015 and the Resolution on Convening the General Assembly of PODRAVKA Inc., Koprivnica was reached – on 3rd June 2015, hence the Management Board and Supervisory Board proposed the resolutions for deciding at the General Assembly of PODRAVKA Inc.

The Invitation to the General Assembly with proposed resolutions to be decided at the General Assembly of PODRAVKA Inc. will be published in the “Official Gazette”, at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and PODRAVKA Inc. web site.
