Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Law and the Zagreb
Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform you that, compliant to previous
announcement, the Management Board of Podravka d.d. held its session on 19^th
July 2012 where unaudited consolidated financial statements of Podravka Group for
the period from January 1^st till June 30^th 2012 were
considered.

The Management
Board of Podravka d.d. adopted the relevant financial statements, and according
to the procedure, submitted them for approval to the Supervisory Board of Podravka
d.d.

The financial
statements of Podravka Group will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange,
HANFA, HINA and company web site after being approved by the Supervisory Board
of Podravka d.d.
