Pursuant
to the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby
inform you that at its today’s session, the Supervisory Board of Podravka d.d.
reached a resolution on granting its prior consent to Podravka d.d. Management
Board to conclude the negotiation process on purchasing the brand Bobi and the
line for production and packaging of extruded products.
