Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the
Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that on 8 February
2010 PODRAVKA d.d. issued a second installment of commercial notes amounting to
HRK 130 mill. – with 9.15% return, maturity on 7 February 2011.
The Agent, Arranger and Dealer will be
Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Petrinjska 59, Zagreb.
The amount of this second installment of
commercial notes will be used to settle the first installment of commercial
notes amounting to EUR 18 mil.
The above mentioned installment of commercial
notes will be listed in the official market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
