121/99, 52/00, 118/03, 107/07, 146/08, 137/09 and 152/11) and the Rules of the
Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that Ms. Karmen Antolić, Podravka
d.d. Supervisory Board member, submitted an irrevocable resignation to the
position of Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board member, without stating a reason,
pursuant to Article 260, Item 2 of the Company Law. On the 16^th
March 2012 she informed the Company of her resignation.
