Pursuant to the Capital Market Law (Official Gazette no. 88/08, 146/08 and 74/09), Company Law (Official Gazette no. 111/93, 34/99, 121/99, 52/00, 118/03, 107/07, 146/08, 137/09 and 152/11) and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA d.d. at its session held on 24h April 2012 adopted PODRAVKA Group business results for the period from 1 January – 31 March 2012 together with draft resolutions which will be forwarded to the General Assembly of PODRAVKA d.d. for adoption.
