Pursuant to the Capital Market Law and the Rules of
the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby inform you that on 17th
December 2012 Podravka d.d. Management Board session was held, where a
resolution was passed on appointing Mrs.
Maja Janach as company Internal
Auditor, as of 1st January 2013.
Maja Janach received her B. Sc. Econ. from the Faculty
of Economy and Business in Zagreb, after which she continued her education as
Authorised Internal Auditor at the Croatian Section of internal auditors of
Croatia, as well as for the position of Certified Fraud Examiner at the
Association of Fraud Examiners.
She started her professional career at Podravka
performing the tasks of Plan and Analysis Manager for companies abroad and as
Controlling Manager at Podravka International in Warszawa.
She continued her career at Lura d.d. as Internal
Auditor, after which she transfers to Deloitte Croatia to the position of
Senior Consultant for Internal Audit, after that she was Assistant director to
the Group Accounting and Consolidation department director at the Croatian
Telekom and then in Dukat d.d. where she performed the tasks of Internal
Auditor, the position she kept till now.
At the same session Podravka d.d. Management Board –
acting as a General Assembly to the related company Danica d.o.o. – reached a
resolution on changing the Articles of Association for Danica, in the way that
Danica d.o.o. consists of Management Board president and one member, with the
intention of further improvement of business of Danica d.o.o.
As of 1st January 2013, new Management Board
president of Danica d.o.o. is Vladimir Bunić, B.Sc. Econ. who has in the past
several years been holding the positions of Services Management department
director, Production department director, Management Board president assistant
and Restructuring director.
Previous Management Board president of Danica d.o.o.
Dragan Habdija continues his term as Management Board member.
This resolution will strengthen the management of
Danica so that it may respond to the challenges of regular business and special
tasks of restructuring the meat business program and costs rationalization.
