On 19 June 2015, the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency adopted a decision, Class: UP/I-976-02/15-01/06, Ur. No: 326-01-770-772-15-5, approving the Prospectus on issue and listing of up to 1,700,000 new ordinary registered shares of the Issuer, each having a nominal value of HRK 220.00.
