– the unaudited Financial Statements of PODRAVKA Group (consolidated) and PODRAVKA Inc. (non-consolidated) for period January 1st – September 30th 2022 were adopted and
– Mr. Damir Grbavac was elected as the President of the Supervisory Board of PODRAVKA Inc. effective from of November 1st, 2022.
