Pursuant to the Capital Market Act and the Zagreb Stock Exchange Rules, we hereby inform that compliant to the Varaždin Commercial Court Ruling no. Tt-13/4044-3.  dated on January 2, 2014, the limited liability companies PONI d.o.o., PODRAVKA INŽENJERING d.o.o. and KOTI NEKRETNINE d.o.o. have been merged with PODRAVKA Inc. – as of January 2, 2014.

As of the date of merger the stated subsidiary companies cease to exist, and the company PODRAVKA Inc. as the sole member – holder of 100% share in the stated companies, becomes the legal successor of the merged companies

This notice will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA, HINA and company web site.
