Pursuant to the Capital Market Law (Official Gazette no. 88/08, 146/08
and 74/09), Company Law (Official Gazette no. 111/93, 34/99, 121/99, 52/00,
118/03, 107/07, 146/08, 137/09 and 152/11) and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock
Exchange, we hereby inform you that 
Podravka d.d. Supervisory Board session is to be held on 29^th
March 2012, where it is planned that the following resolutions be passed:

1. Resolution on approving the Management Board’s decision to determine the
   annual financial reports of PODRAVKA d.d. and the reports on business position
   of the Company for the business year 2011;
2. Resolution on approving the Management Board’s decision to determine the
   annual financial reports of PODRAVKA d.d. and dependant companies and the
   reports on business position of the Company for the business year 2011;
3. draft resolution on transferring the losses for the business year 2011.
