At their last session,
Podravka Management Board reached a resolution on organisational change within
the department Croatian market. Nediljko Baričić, former assistant director for
the market of SEE, was appointed new director of Croatian market.

With this appointment, Nediljko Baričić has become
in charge of Podravka’s most significant market, i.e. the market on which
Podravka realizes the majority of its sales profit.
