At the session held on 12 June, the Podravka Management Board passed a Decision on merging Podravka International Export-Import Sp. z.o.o., based in Warsaw, Domaniewska 37, with Podravka Polska Sp. z o.o. based in Kostrzyn, Asfaltowa 28.
After the merger has been completed, the new limited liability company will conduct business under the company name Podravka – Polska Sp. z o.o., with its seat in Kostrzyn, Asfaltowa 28.
Neli Groza, the former Director of Podravka International from Warsaw, has been appointed Director of the new company. The business activity of the new company will include all the business activities of the two companies before the merger.
