the Capital Market Law and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, we hereby
inform you that Podravka d.d. Management Board session will be held on 19th
July 2012, and Supervisory Board session will be held on 25th July
2012. Non-audited consolidated financial reports of Podravka Group for the
period 1 January to 30 June 2012 will be considered at the session.
The stated financial reports by Podravka
Group will be published at the Zagreb Stock Exchange, HANFA , HINA and company
web site – after the Supervisory Board of Podravka d.d. reaches their
resolution.
