By mutual agreement and satisfaction Atlantic Grupa and PODRAVKA have
resolved the dispute about the distribution of Lerovita, instant vitamin
beverage similar to Cedevita in 15 gram packaging intended for HoReCa
distribution.

 At the same time the companies have also reached an agreement
resolving earlier questions on trademark protection before State
Intellectual Property Office Of The Republic Of Croatia.
